Introduction

This five-day instructor-led course provides Microsoft Windows NT® version 4.0 support professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to support the Microsoft Windows Server™ 2003 family networks. This is a performance-based course that is designed to teach the job-related tasks that a support professional must perform by using new or modified features in the Windows Server 2003 family.
