Prerequisites:

You should complete the following IBM courses or have equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience:

Implementing an IBM Lotus Sametime 8 Infrastructure (ST850)
One hour course to demystify WebSphere Application Server for Lotus Sametime administrators

Understanding of basic networking and browser usage is recommended.
