Course Name : DB2 UDB for SQL Server Administrators

Course
Description: |
|
This
course provides cross-training as a DB2 UDB administrator and DBA for
students with prior experience as either an SQL Server system administrator
or DBA. The course trains the student to use DB2 UDB version 7.2 or 8.1 and
assumes equivalent Microsoft SQL Server experience with version 7.0 or 2000.
During the course the student will build and run a DBS UDB database using
data made available in SQL Server unload format. For copyright reasons we
cannot use an SQL Server-designed database similar to that used in SQL Server
training—and thus the database used will be the simple, well-documented
database previously used to teach IBM Informix classes. |
