Summary Description: This course is a hands-on introduction to the basic skills of working in the Domino Designer development environment. Through instructor lecture and student-centered activities and exercises, students learn how to use Domino design elements to create an application that addresses business needs. By the end of the course, students will be able to incorporate business requirements into basic multi-client applications and to appropriately use many of the R5 Domino Designer design elements.	Topics Covered: · The Domino application and design environment · Creating and modifying pages to display text and graphics · Creating documents · Modifying forms and creating fields · Building views to organize documents · Making views available to users · Formula language basics · Using formulas to validate and translate fields · Creating agents to update application information · Creating view and form actions · Defining various security levels for application users · Using hide/when options to display or hide information · Using links to make application elements available to users · Structuring the display of the application using framesets · Using outlines to navigate an application · Creating an image map including hotspot links
