Summary
Description:
This course introduces Release R4.x administrators to key
features that were added in Notes/Domino Release 5. Students will have the
opportunity to use the Domino Administrator client to configure some of the new
Release 5 features on the Domino 6 platform.
Note: This course is intended to be taken in conjunction with Exploring
New Features in IBM Lotus Domino 6 Administration as preparation for
Release 4.x administrators upgrading the environment to Domino/Notes 6.

Experienced Domino Release 4.x system administrators requiring
information about Domino/Notes features added in Release 5 who will be
responsible for upgrading the infrastructure to Domino/Notes 6.
Prerequisites:
Completion
of the Notes Release 4.5 System Administration 1 course or Domino
Release 4.6 Messaging Administration course or equivalent knowledge,
skills, and experience.
